Phone Theft at Zara Eastgate

On Saturday the 25th of Jan, I was at Zara eastgate. As I was looking for my size in a pile of jeans someone took my phone from my bag. I realised that my phone was no longer in my bag, I then asked the Zara employees to check the cameras. The guy “went to check” a few minutes later, I saw him assisting other customers and I asked was he done checking cameras. He then went to “ check again” and two minutes later he came and told me that there are no cameras by where I was standing. I am very disappointed at the Zara employees for basically refusing to assist me during a stressful time.
