Pathetic Zara online service

I made an order on Tuesday 7 dec and until today its still being prepared and hasn’t moved from that since Saturday the 12th. My delivery is scheduled to be delivered today Fri 17th. I’m tempted to cancel but based on the bad reviews about Zara and not returning peoples monies, I’m scared now. Your service is bad.
