I bought a garment at Zara on Thursday the 2nd ofApril, today I wanted to wear the garment and realized it was too small. So I rushed to Zara in order to exchange it for a bigger size, when I reached there I am told no exchanges no refunds no nothing without the receipt. The tag is on, I have the amount on my bank statement, I have the mobile SMS....they wouldn't budge, wouldn't even give me the time of day,<br> <br> Well let me tell you, that is ****************, your rules your guidelines your ****.... You are ******* and that's that. Consumers have rights..... This will be published on all possible platforms national and international.
