Pathetic Service

I would like to place on record the pathetic service i received from Taylor the manager at Zara Gateway Store. After advising him it was a gift that needed to be exchanged with a credit sitting on my gift card he refused point blankly to entertain the exchange without the gift card but with the original receipt on hand. I also called a day before to make the necessary arrangements but to my dismay this was ignored. i find the level of service that supposedly is synonymous with Zara does not reflect.
