Pathetic service

Oh wow if i would ever use Zara online again would be the biggest mistake of my life Zara online service is pathetic ridiculous and **** there is not a single time i have ordered and was happy with the way they service me delivery is always late when I say late I mean extremely late this one time i ordered and kept tracking if my order was ready it ddnt update went into the store several times and they told me they are going to give me feedback and track my order wow i waited and waited no email no call went into the store spoke to the useless agents on the pathetic chat on the app and no update only to find out that my order is sitting in the store room had it not been for a store worker who offered to go search i would still be waiting this is the last time I ever use their online route
