Pathetic service

<p>i received a top as a birthday gift, tag still attached. Wanted to exchange it for a bigger size. Was told I couldn't without a slip. So now what, I have an expensive gift which I can't wear. First shop ever that has this poor attitude. Will never shop there.</p>
