PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!

ZARA Canal Walk staff are RUDE AND UNPROFFESIONAL!! Spoke to a girl Siva on Friday 22/9/2023 and her customer service SUCKS! She refused to help me find a shoe and told me I need to google the code she can't help me. I would not have had a problem if I was the one that didn't have the code, but I called and spoke to a gentleman in the mens department whom I gave ALL the information too and he said he will call me back to advise if they have the sneakers I wanted to purchase in stock which he NEVER DID. This is the 3rd time I receive PATHETIC SERVICE from ZARA
