Pathetic Customer Service

Customer service at ZARA in Menlyn is Pathetic. I went there looking for a cologne but because there was no one to assist with a tester - I ended up buying a cologne which I dislike. When I informed the cashier - She just said she is sure that it smells nice. Never buying there again. A customer should be 100% happy with what they are paying for. Some of your staff still have a long way to go when it comes to customer service!!!!!!! I'll donate this cologne to someone else and go to a store that actually values their customers. I mean I was just ignored when asked for assistance. Nxa
