ORDER placed 23rd March 2020 NOT RECEIVED

I am extremely unhappy about the online shopping experience I had last year, I placed an order on the 23rd March 2020. I have not received the order to date. I have tried the online support chat, emailing the zara contact centre and reached out to the Menlyn store as well for assistance. My order no. *** under Tiisetjo Kwakwa- ***. May I please have my refund or shopping voucher at one of the stores in SA.
