Order not received for more than a month

Good day

Im am looking at my order status it says it was delivered on 18 of November and i have not received it on my end i ever signed for this delivery how was it delivered to someone i never authorized to receive my package. I am honestly tired of your treatment towards me is horible this has been my most stressful experience with your company.

I have been chasing this order for week and i must say I'm dissapointed and im not going to be ordering anything from this company anymore ........i was at the address on the date and time of delivery why was i not contacted because it is my delivery why dilever to someone i dont even know this has been the worst treatment i have received from a company ........

My order was delivered to a Kagiso person that i do not even know so how the hell does it say the status was delivered to a person who did not purchase that i need you to actuall do my refund as i have not received my order and i have lost trust on this company
