Online shopping Zara

All stores of Zara do not answer the phone, Mynlyn, Mall of Africa, Midrand, almost all. Buying online at Zara store is no go zone, I bought clothes on the 18/06/2020 till today 02/07/2020 have not received. I spoke nicely with a person who was working on kids section on the 30/06/2020 she was so rude I left.
