Online purchase

I have done an Online purchased at Zara on the 6th of January they took their money, on the the 14th they attempted to take the money again but I had no money in the account, now on the 17th I had money in and they deducted the same amount of the product I was purchasing, yet I haven't received my order and it has been full 2 weeks, went to the bank they said they will reverse the money , on my way home Aramex called saying they've been hijacked with my order and it was ******, Zara has not said anything about that incident no communication received from them I'm so frustrated actually I'm green with anger, kindly help
