Online Ordering : Misleading Exchange T&Cs

Zara online Order no ***: Found out today that the Zara store refused to exchange the wrong size pants which was delivered 28 days ago as it measures the exchange period from shipment date not delivery date, of course the customer has no control over the shipment duration but gets penalized and misled by Zara anyway. Terrible customer service and unacceptable. Avoid online orders at all costs.
