ONLINE ORDER NOT DELIVERED.

I ordered a bag from Zara on 27/07/2023 and till to this day my order hasn't been delivered. I opted for the store delivery, when checking on their website it says it will still be delivered on 09 AUGUST 2023!!! LIKE REALLY !!! its almost 2 months now and all i want is my REFUND , you can keep your bag. The chat bot is pathetic like your employees in V&A , the Manager there took my details and said they'll call me. Guess what !! they never did as expected.
