Online Order Horrid Service.

I Placed an order online on the 01 October 2019. ETA of order stated Friday the 04th of October 2019. On Wednesday the 02nd of October I received an email stating the order has been shipped.

The morning of Friday the 04th of October I ensured I would be at the set delivery address to ensure I received the order until 16h30 where I tried to contact there online team however there was online a chat option available to do this. I chatted to Faisal who advised me I was incorrect regarding ETA and that the package would only be delivered between Friday the 04th and Wednesday the 09th of October.

The most appalling service from what I thought would be a pleasurable shopping experience.
