Nthabeleng(Zara Sandton store)

I have never experienced so much desrespct and humiliation in my entire life. I went to the Sandton store to by my favourite perfumes only to come across thee most rude and disrespectful cashier. The lady by the name of Nthabeleng gave me the most horrid service ( or lack there off). Throughout the whole transaction she did not seem interested in helping me and when I did ask for her to get someone else as I saw she was not in the mood, she told me to wait until anyone else was done with their customers(still wasn't promising that I was going to be helped anytime soon by any of her colleagues). This rude girl went as far as even clicking her tounge at me. I trust(ed) the Zara brand so much but im highly disappointed at it...I cannot even articulate my self because what was supposed to be a lovely Sundy for shopping turned out to a horrible shopping experience. People really don't appreciate their jobs and most of all careless about giving good customer experience. Nthabeleng should have not been at work. Sad part is my family & friend love the Zara brand but I will be sure to tell them to keep far away from the Sandton store!
