Non existent management

I was waiting in the queue to pay at Zara on the morning of 29 February. There were 2 cashiers at the tills and they were busy with customers. However, we waited and waited in the queue, and the queue grew longer and longer, but the queue did not move. I asked for a manager to come and resolve the situation. A manager did not come. My friend went to look for a manager, found one, and asked them to deal with the problem. The manager did not come. I asked a member of staff to assist and call a manager, the person said that she was a manager. I asked her why she did not assist with the blockage in the queue. She ignored me. I later challenged her about the long wait and management not caring, and she walked away from me!!!!
