No trolleys allowed.

I have never been in a store where a trolley is not allowed. I think it is totally ridiculous. What should you do when your 9 year old is sick?? You put her in a trolley! The security lady with the name Happy and the so called store Manager Sandile were very unprofessional. No where on your window does it say that "No trolleys are allowed", please get your facts straight before you tell that to a customer, and please tell me how a trolley is a safety hazard? Just for the record, you are going to lose a lot of potential clients.
