Their company policy comes first, no matter the circumstance.. their clients are considered just another number on the books. The worst client experience in my life and for sure a store I can live without!! Spare yourself the disappointment of over priced, low quality clothing. Opt for a different store if you like being treated as important and where customer service and customer experience is first price.
