No exchange policy

<p>I do not have a reciept from zara for kids jeans size 4, I need to exchange for a size 5, I have credit card reciept and all tags on garment bought a week ago. They will not exchange the product. Very dissapointing, you can not get hold of a head office, and nobody will call you! They give you a email address and tell you the same.</p>
