No Customer service @ ALL!!!!!

customer service complaint #13492 opened @ Zara Mall of Africa 10 January, due to a store error @ Sandton. no feedback and when I return to the store am told I have to go back to Sandton! yet I PAID and they took my money now the jeans aren't worn and am being hassled cause of ZARA' s system error!
