Nightmare

So i bought my sons clothing on the 25th November n I was told to get a full refund i must return before 30 days today i go to return the items with my receipt n im told they won't take the stuff bcoz i ddnt have my debit card with me so I asked if tyey going to refund the money back in my account no they just want to see the card I tried explaining that I can only come after xmas no I must rather get a gift card i don't wabt a gift I want flippen money back n i ended leaving the store without my money n I want that money to be be paid back in my account bcoz oof the same method
