I would have given it a no star if it wasn't for the fact that the people at customer service were nice to me. Firstly my order arrived late, and only after I'd asked them about it, but that didn't bother me as much as when they made a double payment on my account, and I had difficulty trying to tell them about their mistake as I suddenly felt like a fool. Luckily my bank understood and gave me back my money. Next time I'll just shop in store, Zara online is a nightmare.
