Mistreated and **** to.
I bought a product online on 25 May and received countless emails that it was being shipped or delivered but only received it on the 11th of June. My mother went in store a few days later to return it and the lady at the counter told her to "go home" they dont do in store returns for online deliveries. This is not true by the way. I then submitted it for retune and went in store on the 8th of July (less than 30 days to return it" and they refused to take it. I emailed the ZARA complaints desk on the 9th and they only replies today (the 13th) telling me they cannot take a return after 30 days. The fact that they are replying after the 13th saying I cant return it does not mean I did not do it within the time frame. Thank you ZARA for treating my mother like a second hand citizen when she was trying to return the product in the alloted time, for not accepting my return within the alloted time, for not delivering on time, for not delivering when you email that the product is shipped, for replying to complaints after after the allotted time (actually 5 days). Thank heavens for technology as I am happy to provide Email proof and you are welcome to look for video footage to see us attempting trying to return the product before the 30 day limit and your employee turning us away. The 30 days should apply from the day the product is in a customers hands to the day they want to return it and the employees should not lie to customers and mistreat them.
