Both Zara and Capitec bank are getting me nowhere,im supposed to get a refund of 499 which is not reflecting in my bank account,Zara sent proof of a void charge of 499 and Capitec bank stated that there is no money from the merchant(Bank) now im just like a fool getting nowhere as they both referring me to each other,its now been over a month and i want ny money!
