Menlyn Zara manager (koketso) being ***********

I visited the store in Menlyn to do my refund and then was not given the correct receipt in the day of my first purchase in mall of Africa,l was helped by koketso the manager who showed no interest in helping stating that why did l go and shop in mall of Africa instead and then come with big problems to him being the manager and he never tried to do anything to assist in resolving this,he gave me options how he could assist but never wanted to do any of them to show me tht he wanted to assist, how then can a customer understand that he wont come right when l could see that he doesnt want to help. I was disappointed by his attitude towards me as a customer. Please help me to resolve this
