Mean and inconsiderate staff (managers)

I went to Zara Sandton city to collect my online order and when I got there I found that the same items I bought were on special , so I asked if it’s possible to return and then buy them with the same prices on special and I was told it’s okay, and after they returned then when I wanted to pay for them they told I couldn’t pay for them same time and I asked the lady who was helping me that I had asked and she said it was possible to do so why now is she saying otherwise and she said it must’ve been a misunderstanding, mind you I drove from an hour away whereby I pass two toll gates to get to Sandton, she then escalated to one of the male managers and we had a conversation which we ended up concluding and agreeing that they will do the return and that I must wait, I waited for over 30 minutes until one guy asked if I was assisted and offered me a sit at the shoe area and after I sat for another 20 minutes I went back to the cashier and asked if I could go eat and leave my number behind so that they can call me when they were done and she said it’s okay, I went to a restaurant to eat and came 3/4 hours later just for them to tell me that the manager has left and they don’t know where he put the clothes and that they will call him and they made me wait again and only for the guy (another manager) to come back and tell me that the other manager says he’s gone and that he couldn’t do the return it can only be done the following day after I had waited the whole day. He was also rude and mean and didn’t even want to understand that I came from far and that I was waiting for the whole day but he was just rude and mean.
