Mayor online and return **** at Zara South Africa

Zara South Africa did not refund my returned goods Return *** for order no. *** - a total of 918.00 ZAR. Also they deducted a single order twice ( a total of R 1158 deducted on 30 January 2022 and again on 9 February 2022) and does not respond to any emails that I send to them. There is no telephone number of head office readily available. I suspect a major online **** is going on at Zara SA.
