Laziness of Employees

I was shopping yesterday & size (38) that I was looking for was not on display but it was in stock in the store room at ZARA store in Gateway Mall. I ask the consultant to get the size for me, she said the shoes are in the box in the store room so I can not have the pair since it busy today, they can not open the boxes to provide me with the pair I am buying. She told me she can not help me yet they were lazy to open the shoe box & I was told to come back on Tuesday when they have opened the box. I was so disappointed on ZARA hiring lazy floor assistance cause I could not have the shoe for the funeral yet it was locked up in the store room. She was not even shy to tell me that it in the store room, I much come back on Tuesday when they have time to open the boxes. Very bad customer service
