Late online order again!

Today is finally the day I decided to part ways with the pathetic Zara app. Out of 21 online orders I probably only received half of them on time. You can also easily expect to wait three weeks or even longer for your parcel to arrive. When I purchase something on Superbalist I usually receive it within three working days. It just doesn't make logical sense to keep on supporting Zara anymore. The quality of clothes I get, with the best customer service and quick delivery, are mostly from local brands and designers. I am assuming the problem might be management issues or being understaffed, I'm not sure, but I am also going to stop wasting my time wondering what organizational issues they are struggling with. Good buy and good riddance, Zara.
