JUST NO SERVICE FROM ZARA

Just simply no service. Spent two hours on the line to get hold of of any of the branches. At all the branches you get a message you are next in line and then you are cut off after 3 minutes. We bought a jean on holiday for my daughter but the size is wrong on the jean. When we asked the bot what we should do, she said we must drive to Cape Town from Bloemfontein and return the jean instore for a refund.
