ITEMS NOT DELIVERED

I bought 2 items online. Zara said they will deliver the packages in different dates because the items were in different shops. However only one package was delivered. I went to Zara Menlyn they said both items were delivered. I contacted Aramex their courier & they said Zara only gave them one package. Can Zara look into this matter and sort it out
