Im refused to change an unworn item - wrong size

On thurs 4 June at around 14h00 in the afternoon, i made a purchase fo 3 items to the totall of R2100 at the Sandton store. I do not recall if i got a docket or not. All i know is that when i got home i realised i actully bought the wrong sizes. I had tried on a small and a medium of both shirts and dangaree but for some reason i ended up paying for the wrong set - the small's instead of the medium's. I went back to the store on sunday afternoon to make more purchases as well as to get a size change for the itrems but was turned back by the cashier telling me of a \no docket no exchanges"policy. I find this really upsetting as R2k is no child's play. I would rather give that money to charity than give it to an extablished international shop with strange policies. Whay cant they reprint the docket as i have a cr card statement that can show the details of this transaction - time and amount? What is it about this rule? I spent a total of R4500 this weekend at their store but they refuse to change a size for me...unbelievable.<br> I phone the store this morning to try and get an explanation and one Sbolngile told me to email customer services"
