Ignoring of customer

I walked past Zara last Friday afternoon and noticed a nice top in the window without any price attached to it. I then entered the shop to find someone to assist me and the so called assistant was having a long private conversation on her cell phone. I tried to get her attention but she completely ignored me. I then went to the security lady (there were no other assistants available) and asked her for help. She then took me back to the original lady (Lebo) who was still on her cell phone and once again, we were ignored. I cannot believe that such a \fancy"store would employ such unhelpful people.
