I was debited twice and want my refund

I have purchased a pair of shoes and two sets of pyjamas. I received confirmation that they have debited money out of my Account . After that I received tracking number for my order so meaning the debit was successful. So now I have just received another mesage saying that zara has debited money out of my account again. I am very furious and dissapionted with zara service and I would like to be assisted imidietly with this matter
