I must look for the sale item myself

<p>Found a shoe on sale yesterday at Zara Gateway, I asked if my size was available. The item was scanned, my size was in store and there were 2 pairs. I was told they dont help customers look for sale items, I MUST FIND THE ITEM MYSELF. I searched the store for an hour, no shoes. Went out to another store, came back...the shoes were still showing on the system BUT nothing. The staff gave me the run around. :(</p>
