I felt disrespected and undermined at the same time

As I was busy doing shopping at Zara Eastgate I greeted this lady with dreadlocks she greeted me back then passed to the till to help so I waited by that section hoping that she will come back as she saw I needed assistance but she didn't bother not even to ask if I still need assistance, I wanted to ask for a size that was not there, then I decided to go and pay the other things.

After I went to her asked if she didn't even care about what I wanted to ask as she decided not to come back to me after what ever she was doing by the till she told me she was busy with a very bad attitude, I was like so why didn't you get back to me she said what do you want still with an attitude.

I just said never mind then she laughed walked away😡😡I felt so disrespected and undermined by her as she was able to assist other people but not me, I guess I don't meet her customers standards as she didn't see the use of assisting me or even give herself time to come and ask if I'm Ohk as I needed assistance.

Her name is Rossy and she is part of the management at that store as I went back to ask for a manager the stuff told she is one of the managers.
