I bought the shoes on the 8th of September this year which was faulty, they refused to take them back until I went on their Facebook page. I have been waiting for the exchange until today. They received the faulty shoes on the 23rd of September until today I haven’t received the delivery. On the app shows that the delivery was supposed to be delivered on the 5th of October 2021, which I haven’t received or gotten update about the delay.
