Humiliated,Embarassed & Violated
On the 25th November 2020 @ about 7pm,I went to Zara Store at Tygervalley center to look for a pair of black sandals that I once saw at their V&A Waterfront branch men's department...as I entered the department I found a very friendly male security tht joked with me & an assistant tht went out of his way to look for the item, but ubfortunately they ddn't have the item...
As I was approaching the door to my exit,a female security was standing at the exit of the store...
I then proceeded to the exit, having my black backpack & PicnPay blue plastic bag with chicken pieces, sausage & scones...at about 20metres outside away from the door, the security checks"thingy" beeped, then the security at the door screamed calling "Bhuti! Bhuti! come here, let me search u"...as I looked around thinking tht she can not be screaming at me like that...she then continued to point at me showing tht she was talking to me...
I then turned back going to her with a shock & an embarassment with how she reacted...she furthermore requested tht I opened the plastic she wants to check what was inside(i mean infront of the store with a whole lot of people watching as if i'm a *****)...she then requested tht I take a tray of my sausage & walk out with it as she furthermore explained tht picnpay things always do tht with their security checks...but continued to request for my backpack to check in it with a whole lot of people watching...I felt humiliated, embarassed & violated...
I then told her tht "this doesn't seem right & I don't like it"....she then with an attitude told me tht "she is doing her job" & then left me to close my backpack & walk out of the store...I was sooooo embarassed
