Horrific service

I recently ordered a gift online from Zara and gosh the customer service that I received was horrific!

The gift that I ordered for my partner had scratches and cuts on it, seems like when they do “inspections” of the items the people that do it are blind. Please be careful when ordering online.

They made such an inconvenience for me and yet till now I still haven’t got proper feedback. I wouldn’t suggest ever ordering online from Zara might as well just go into the store.
