Horrific online store

Zara online store is by far the worst online store I have ever come across. Their service is beyond pathetic. I don’t even know how to explain my situation but I’m a nutshell I’ve been ****** by them R1899.00 when I returned items. They are the worst it is even scary that they still around doing all this nonsense.
