Horrific customer experience!!!!!

Today I visited Zara in Menlyn or rather tried to but I was said to leave my trolley outside as its not allowed in the store. I had my 2 year old twins with me and one was lying in the trolley sleeping while the other one was awake. I asked the lady how am I supposed to walk with 2 kids and the stuff I had with me plus the one is sleeping, it’s unreasonable but she didn’t give a damn and said to me I should leave then. I find it extremely strange that previous times I went there with a trolley and my kids in it wasn’t a problem. This is the most horrific customer experience I’ve ever had and I will not go to Zara or buy anything from them ever again.

So what is the difference between a trolley and a pram???? I wont be surprised if prams are then also not allowed, it’s ridiculous to say the least if that is how you treat your customers!!!!
