Good day,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a linen suit I purchased from your store for my graduation.

The suit was worn once and washed for the first time strictly according to the care instructions. Unfortunately, after this wash, the suit has shrunk significantly and is now too small to wear. This is extremely disappointing, particularly given that the suit was purchased for a special occasion and came at a considerable cost.

As a customer, I reasonably expected the suit to maintain its size and quality after a single wash. Shrinkage to this extent indicates a quality or manufacturing issue, which is unacceptable for a garment of this price.

I kindly request that this matter be investigated and that an appropriate resolution be offered, whether in the form of a replacement, repair, or refund.
