Horrible Service

I had the horrible experience with Zara Online Shopping. I bought shoes on the 10th September. Estimated delivery date 16 - 24th September, but still Today I have not received my parcel. I tried to contact Zara several times through email, Twitter and Facebook, and everytime when I contact them they promised to make follow up and come back to me but it didn't happen.
