Horrible service at Zara in Tygervalley

On the 5th of September 2019 My Aunt and I went to Zara in Tyger Valley and my Aunt saw this beautiful black dress but it was a size small and she wanted xs so we asked the staff to check if canal walk has( unaware that there was no Zara store canal walk) the guy with long hair (His maybe colored) with a very nasty attitude said "we dont a store in canal walk" so I asked can you check water front then. He grabbed and not take the dress and asked His female colleague to check on the system and He said there isn't size small in waterfront but then as we were looking at them due to the lack good customer service the staff were talking among each other and the female assistant said there maybe is one available and they didn't bother to clarify if there was or was not. We left the store very disappointed at how we were treated even though we bought staff for over a R1000. Please educate your staff about how customer service does not only apply to white people even us black people need to be treated with respect especially when we are paying for our staff.
