Horrible service

Horrible service received from zara online, I would never recommend to anyone. Delivery date keeps changing. When speaking to their online agent, they say it's being prepared in their wearhouse an will take 24 to 48 hours but get what? It's a week later and my order is still not delivered. Bad bad bad bad service.
