Horrible experience at Zara Online

I purchased clothes at Zara online 2 weeks ago. The goods were supposed to be delivered a week ago and still have not been delivered. I am unable to get help anymore, let alone an explanation of what happened to my goods. I have sent a million emails and messages to customer care, zara online, zara chat but no one bothers to even respond.
