Hi there, i’d like to report extremely bad customer service at Zara in Sandton City

Hi there, i’d like to report extremely bad customer service at Zara in Sandton City. They advertise a red dress in the window display which they don’t have stock of in store. When asked to assist me in finding a different Zara branch that has the dress in stock, they give excuses as to why it’s difficult to do so. Long story short, i’ve been waiting for 30 minutes and haven’t been received an answer from them as to what store has it in stock. They called the manager to assist, but no manager in sight as of yet. So just standing and waiting at this point.
