Heels

I had a bad experience with Zara Gateway I bought shoes on Thursday for a wedding that was on a Saturday. I wore the shoes for an hour and the heels were damaged. I took them to the shop on Monday they said they will not do an exchange or a refund.Store manager was rude, disrespectful and very impatient with me claiming that the shoes were to be worn indoors that’s why they can’t assist me, so i left the shoes and the store. How can i buy heeels just for me to wear them indoors?
