I’m really proud of Zara’s improvement. The first time, about a year ago, I made an online purchase I got the worst service.

Fast forward to my latest purchase, everything was just amazing, from communicating every movement of the order to actually delivering on the exact date I was advised to expect it. I had an absolute excellent purchase process.
